From Lou Chesterman:
Wanted to let you know that I now have Polly at home.
I brought home Thursday night around 9:30 pm. Things are going ok.
I just got fed up with 5 nursing homes telling me one thing and then
doing something else when I wasn't there. We have home health care
coming in and there is a lady here in the building that
comes every morning and does things for her and she stays until noon.
So things are going good so far.

From Cindy Ridenour:
Please include my husband, Kevin, in your prayers.
Back in November, he began having breathing trouble accompanied with a dry hacking cough.
Since then he has dropped over 30 pounds.
We saw our family doctor the first part of February and he had an abnormal EKG.
Since then he had some blood tests and a stress test.
Today, the cardiologist went over the results of the stress test and it shows he probably has a blocked artery or two.
Friday, March 28th he has to be at the cardiac hospital in Indianapolis at 6:45 a.m. for a heart cathederization.
Depending on the results, it may be as simple as changing his medication, he may have to have a stent inserted
or if worse comes to worse he will need open heart surgery. He hasn't come right out and said so, but I
can tell Kevin is very concerned, but we have faith in God that He will see us through whatever comes.
Kevin was on Walk #145 and has served on many walks since then.
I was on Walk #146 and have worked on many walks with the most recent one, #200 last month.
We would very much appreciate your prayers along with us.

From Dave Beamer:
Sharon had surgery on her right shoulder and is to have the stitches removed Tuesday with therapy to follow soon.
Pray that she will resume a "Pain Free" use of it. She is so tired of the pain.
I fell coming out of our camper and bruised my back right over the left kidney.
Thank God that there wasn't more damage than that.
God does indeed watch over us no matter what stupid moves we make...
Pray for quick healing for us both.

From Bill Bauson:
Since we’ve asked all of you to pray, we wanted to give you an update. Jesse is feeling much better, and in fact is sitting right here playing his guitar now. The latest is that he will probably be transferred to Indianapolis Monday or Tuesday. In Indianapolis, he’ll need to have major reconstructive surgery on the broken bones in his face. The plastic surgeons here think he should be able to look like his usual self when everything heals. He was transferred out of Intensive Care to a private room today. His swelling is going down, but he still doesn’t like the way he looks. He’d rather not talk on the phone right now, so we’re not putting his phone number here. But if you want to send him an e-mail (we have a laptop with wireless internet here), his address is jbauson@purdue.edu. Thanks for your prayers. God has already been answering them.

From Bill Bauson:
I'd like to ask the Emmaus community for prayers for our 18-year old son, Jesse.
He was in a skiing accident today and has severe fractures around his eyes (eye sockets)
and upper cheekbones. His sinuses are also in bad shape.
The doctors are watching for problems there because it's close to the brain.
Jesse is out of any immediate danger.
Praise the Lord that his eyes, brain, and neck are OK.
He will need to have a lot of reconstructive surgery in a couple of days after all the
swelling goes down.
He is in Traverse City, Michigan.
Cassie and I will be heading there soon.

From Priscilla Waidley, Walk #122:
Dear prayer warriors,
Please pray for my cousin Tim and his wife Mary. Mary has been admitted to the hospital. They know that she has colitis and stomach ulcers and she is dehydrated. There are other complications that have not been diagnosed yet. They are testing for pancreatic cancer.
Thank you for your faithfulness as intercessory prayer warriors.
Take care and God bless you all
