NIEC Board Meetings

Starting in January the Northern Indiana Board of Directors will be meeting at a different location each month.

The purpose of this change will be to connect with the community. Although, all of the community is welcome to attend all board meetings, the intent of moving the meetings from one location to another throughout the community throughout the year is to give community members an opportunity to attend a board meeting sometime during the year fairly close to their home.

Board meetings will continue to be held the 3rd Tuesday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The next board meeting will be May 15, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at Monticello UMC (200 S. Main St., Monticello, IN). All community members in the area are encouraged to attend.

Registration Reminders

All Registrations need to be sent to the appropriate Registrar. Emmaus Walk registrations go to Cindy Ramseyer. Chrysalis Flight registrations go to Teresa Coyne.

Registrations cannot be faxed, but must be accompanied by a check for the Deposit, which is half of the total cost of the Walk or Flight.

Registrations must be received by the cutoff date for each walk, which is determined by the NIEC Board of Directors.

Screening Form Required for All Servants!

If you desire to serve on North Indiana Emmaus Community Flights or Walks (lay or clergy positions) in the future, you MUST complete and return a printed copy of the screening form. If you do not do so, you will no longer be eligible to serve and will not be called. You may download and print the document here, but the ORIGINAL WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURE must be on file with North Indiana Emmaus Community. The mailing address is on the form. Fill it out and return it today!
