The
local Emmaus Board of Directors is the body that governs the
local Emmaus Movement and oversees the quality of the program.
The Board of Directors is the link between the local Emmaus
community and Upper Room Ministries and is responsible for
fulfilling the covenant with Upper Room Ministries as stated
in the Letter of Agreement. Detailed information about the
