| Finance |
Responsible for collecting money from team and pilgrims. E-mail Finance Committee. |
| Team Selection |
Responsible for selecting conference room team as well as Behind the Scenes Servants (BTSS and BTS Kitchen). E-mail Team Selection Committee. |
| Registration |
Responsible for reviewing pilgrim applications, placing pilgrims on Walks, contacting sponsors/pilgrims, etc. E-mail Registration Committee. |
| Agape |
Responsible for keeping agape similar for all teams (i.e., external agape, cups, nametags, bed tags, door tags, etc). Will coordinate part-time weekend servant’s list. E-mail Agape Committee. |
| Kitchen |
Responsible for keeping kitchen supplied with non-perishable supplies (i.e., spices, coffee, trash bags, etc.) and needed equipment. Will coordinate part-time weekend servant’s list. E-mail Kitchen Committee. |
| Facilities / Site Coordination |
Responsible for weekend set-up/tear down of conference room equipment including sound. Will work with GSRC in developing dates for future Walks. E-mail Facilities/Site Coordination Committee. |
| Communication |
Responsible for maintaining up-to-date Web site, "Crowing Creations" newsletter, NIEC directory, and keeping community updated and informed. E-mail Communication Committee. |
| Chrysalis |
Chrysalis is a committee of NIEC; however, they are responsible for maintaining the integrity of Flights in accordance with the Upper Room. Chrysalis will organize their own committees. Community members (Emmaus or Chrysalis) are more than welcome (encouraged) to serve on both Emmaus and Chrysalis committees. Chrysalis has additional committees, such as Big House, Hoots and Shepherding (similar to Reunion Groups and Gatherings but geared specifically for butterflies). Contact Fred Lincoln with questions. | Group Reunions / Gatherings |
Responsible for organizing area Gatherings and maintaining a list of Reunion Groups, and organizing Annual Gathering. |
| Supplies / Literature |
Responsible for maintaining and ordering supplies needed for Walks, including pilgrim supplies, book table, and coordinating with kitchen and BTS committees. E-mail Supplies/Literature Committee. |
